About Your Bill
Usage is calculated on a Bi-Monthly Cycle. Metered customers are billed according to water usage. Meter readings are provided by Aqua Ohio.
Bills will be sent to customers on a Bi Monthly basis. Billing is done in arrears.
Customers not connected to water service are billed on a flat rate basis.
Late Payments
Bills are payable on or before the due date printed on the bill. Partial payments are accepted, but any amount not paid by the due date shall be considered delinquent and subject to late payment penalty of ten percent(10%) of the outstanding balance on the account.
Where Can I Pay My Bill?
Customers can pay their bill by mail, via our payment portal, or in person at the Sanitary Engineering Department, located in the Marion County building, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is a drop-box available at the Marion County Building for those who wish to drop off payments after office hours. When using the drop-box envelopes(not provided) are required for all payments.
