Our mission is to protect the citizens of Marion County, regardless of income, age or color and pursue justice without partisan preference. We will secure the rights of victims and defendants. We seek to provide representation at the highest level on behalf of the officials of Marion County. We will faithfully discharge our duties to uphold the laws of the state and the constitutions of the United States and the state of Ohio.

Our mission is to protect the citizens of Marion County as we seek justice and provide the highest quality legal representation to our civil clients. Ohio has a new Constitutional Amendment dedicated to protecting victims of crime and keeping them informed throughout the criminal justice process. To the victims of crime and witnesses who come to Court, we are committed to protecting your rights, dignity, and privacy.

 

I’m proud to call Marion County home and pledge to you that I will continue to work closely with other law enforcement agencies to ensure your case, or that of a loved one or friend will be handled with the utmost care and thoroughness to ensure justice is accomplished.

Our office receives cases for review from all law enforcement agencies in Marion County. We do not offer legal advice. If you believe a crime has occurred, we encourage you to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency in your area.
