The Marion County Family Court was officially established in 2003 when the Juvenile, Probate and Domestic Relations Divisions were merged. The Judges, Clerks of Courts (Family Division), and many of the Court’s departments are located at the Marion County Building at 222 West Center Street, Marion, Ohio. All Juvenile, Domestic Relations, Probate and child support hearings are held in these facilities.
