Deed & Survey Preapproval Requests

If you would like our Tax Map Department to perform an informal review of a document intended for recording (or any new real estate survey plat and associated descriptions) please attach your document(s) in an email to taxmap@co.marion.oh.us. We make every effort for a prompt reply as our reviews are prioritized in the order received and based on current department workload.

If you have a concern about the condition of a portion of roadway within Marion County, please refer to the Marion County Road Map and the table below to contact the appropriate jurisdiction.
